01

It arrives in pieces.

A flat set of interlocking parts and a numbered card. Nothing else, and nothing pre-built.

02

It clicks together.

No glue, no tools. The tolerances do the work, and every piece has exactly one home.

03

It stands.

Assembled, it is a small sculpture. The last piece to go in is the signature.

04

It is numbered.

Each work is released as a limited edition with a serial on the base. When the edition ends, it ends.

How we work

Three rules we don't bend.

  1. Rule 01

    Numbered, not mass-produced.

Every work is released as a limited, serialised edition. When the run is complete, that character is never re-issued in the same form.

  2. Rule 02

    Drawn by a human hand.

Characters are designed by people, with dated working files, and design-registered before they are shown. Nothing is revealed before it is protected.

  3. Rule 03

    Demand first, tooling second.

No work goes to production until enough people have asked for it. Your wishlist is the ledger we read before a single mould is cut.

Coming first · the shelf

Before our own characters, a curated shelf of the best licensed 3D puzzle figures.

We are sourcing genuine, officially licensed 3D puzzle figures from their original Japanese makers. Small runs, authenticated stock, shipped from Melbourne. It is how we learn what collectors here want before we cut our own moulds.

PuzzleArt is an independent retailer. Licensed products are the property of their respective licensors and are not affiliated with PuzzleArt.
